It is believed cypress oil helps improve lymphatic drainage, stimulate circulation, and reduce the feeling of pressure and heaviness in the legs.

Lots of research has been carried out with oil obtained from the leaves of an Asian species of this tree.

Apply 5 drops of cypress essential oil in a chilled wet compress (you can put, for example, a cloth moistened with water for 10 minutes in the refrigerator).

Gently massage your legs with the compress. Massage each leg for at least 10 minutes. Then allow the oil to dry on your skin.

After an hour, you can take a shower. You will notice how it relaxes you.

2. Peppermint and Rosemary essential oil
