- Mix half a cup of almond oil or V6 carrier oil with 5 drops of grapefruit essential oil
- 5 drops of lemon essential oil
- 5 drops of cypress essential oil
- Use a coconut carrier oil and add 10 drops of grapefruit essential oil
- 5 drops of rosemary essential oil
- 2 drops of cypress, peppermint, and ginger essential oils
How to apply essential oils for weight loss
- Open the essential oil bottle of your choice, inhale through your nose directly for 5 minutes
- Use an aromatherapy diffuser and aromatize the whole environment. Simply by staying in that place, you will receive a sufficient amount of essential oils. Ideally, you come home and turn on your diffuser
- There is no need to count hours or minutes; turn it on in the room where you will stay the longest
- Use an aromatherapy necklace sold in specialized stores
- This is my favorite: prepare an immersion bath with hot water and add a few drops of essential oil. The ideal is to stay half an hour, so put on some good music and relax
If you apply them to your skin, you must dilute the essential oil in another carrier oil because the concentration is very high.
For example, you can dilute a few drops of the essential oil you have chosen in V6 or other carrier oil, which also has many properties—massage all over the body. You can also do it only in the areas with the greatest accumulation of fat.
If you use citrus essential oil (orange, lemon, etc.) on your skin, you should not expose it to the sun for at least 18 hours; otherwise, stains may occur because citrus fruits react to sunlight.
